1 Design plan

This instrument includes sensors and their peripheral circuits, signal adjustment circuit, and acceleration-frequency display. The sensor and its peripheral circuits are packaged in a small barrier container, fixed on a vibrating object, and then synchronously vibrate, and output the measurement signal; the signal adjustment circuit receives the electric signal, and needs to be dealt with for large-scale filtering and filtering; After the signal is processed, it is sent to the display department, and the frequency and amplitude of the signal are displayed on the LED digital tube in numerical form to achieve real-time measurement of acceleration and frequency.

2 Design of the sensor and its peripheral circuits

The ADXL50 accelerometer produced by the American company ADI was selected as the vibration sensor. It is integrated on a monolithic integrated circuit, uses a differential capacitor as a sensitive element, uses closed-loop feedback force balance technology and a complete signal adjustment circuit to form a closed-loop follower accelerometer, and its output voltage is proportional to the acceleration of its induced infection .

3 data display

3 . 1 Acceleration value display

The voltage signal output by the absolute value circuit is numerically equal to 1/10 of the acceleration value. Therefore, the JL5135 DC digital voltmeter is selected as the header, and the voltage value of the output signal is directly displayed through the digital display. At the same time, the decimal point position of the digital voltmeter is set so that the display value is the acceleration value after 10 times.

3.2 Frequency value display

Connect the signal output by the filter circuit to an open-loop amplifier circuit to make it a square wave signal responding to the frequency. Operate the JL4ZPL-A four-digit display automatic frequency table to read the frequency value.

4 Power department

The entire system is powered by 4 1.5V rechargeable dry batteries. In order to ensure the normal operation of each integrated circuit chip, it is necessary to supply ± 5V power. As shown in Figure 7, TPS 7350 and TPS 6735 are used as + 5V and -5V regulated power supplies.

After the successful commissioning of this instrument, it has been used many times in the measurement and control of vibration aging and vibration welding processes, such as the blast furnace thick plate electroslag welding vibration welding process test conducted by Shanghai Baoye Industrial Installation Company. The instrument has won unanimous praise from relevant craftsmen for its portable design, simple and straightforward use style and accurate measurement results.

Basically, the author will further study in depth and develop a vibration process measurement and control system based on industrial computer and single chip computer, and finally form a perfect series of welding vibration aging and vibration welding measurement and control analysis products.
