3. Bidder qualification requirements
3.1 The bid invitation requires the bidder to have the qualifications for urban landscaping at level 3 and above, and have corresponding construction capabilities in personnel, equipment, and funds.
3.2 This project requires the person in charge of the project to be qualified as a landscaping engineer or above.
3.3 This project needs to be equipped with a landscaping assistant engineer and a technical person in charge of the above titles.
