(3) Small board bad: When the inverter is powered on, use the DC gear, connect the 5 pin of the 7840 to black, and the red pin to the small board should be 2.5, 2.5, 2.5, 3.4 1.5, 0, 1.6 from left to right respectively.
If the value is incorrect, the small board is bad: At this time, three small ICs (39030024 LMV393) in the bad one can be replaced. If not, replace the small board.
2, Emerson inverter repair display POFF:

3, bad buffer resistance:
Buffer resistance and filter bulk capacitance are paired. If one is bad, the other is probably bad. The bad buffer resistance may also be caused by the relay not picking up (the relay is bad or the control board is bad, or the components on the circuit connected to both are bad). For single-phase input (220V) frequency converters, special attention should be paid: if there is no display or fry, it is likely that the user is connected to three-phase power (380V). (The fault record of the control board can be checked: whether the bus voltage is controlled by 310 Changed to 540). At this point, the rectifying bridge of IPM is already broken, and the large capacitor of the filter is also bad (or burst or the top surface is hardened). If you only power up after replacing the IPM, you will hear a "buzzing, buzzing" sound (the sound in the capacitor). You should immediately switch off the power, otherwise the rectifier bridge of the IPM will be damaged. Found a big bad capacitor, it is best to replace it with a new one. Because the capacitor is easy to damage and aging devices.

5, no brake:
The brake pipe of 01180099, 01180100, 01180113, 01180114 is not in the IPM. The explosion and non-display of the inverter may be caused when the inverter is stopped and braked. Therefore, after the IPM is replaced, the brake circuit must be checked for good or bad: Braking optocoupler, brake tube (MOS tube is not measured, can measure its series freewheeling diode, the normal should be about 0.37), the gate resistance (that is, the gate resistance of the MOS tube, the normal should be 100 ohms) . After repairing the power supply, the TD900 F093 is changed to 150, reported to E007, red is connected to P(+), and black is connected to PB. If the voltage is beating at 17-30, the brake is normal. 6, Emerson inverter repair fried rectifier bridge:
If the measured partial rectifier bridge is damaged and the inverter bridge is good, it may be caused by the ignition between the positive and negative busbars. Moisture is the main cause, generally there is a drop of water between the positive and negative terminals, or there is a drop of water that causes a blower between the positive terminal and the radiator. The insulation of the terminal of such a bad machine has deteriorated and must be replaced, otherwise it will be blown up after being powered on. Another reason is that the large capacitor of the filter is short-circuited (or burst or the top surface is hardened), and the capacitor must be replaced.
7, the machine hits:
That is, when the fan is fast, there is no display. Generally, the control board is short-circuited, the control board is removed and the power is turned on again. If it is still hiccup, it may be that the thick film surrounding the device is broken. If there is no voltage, it means that the switching power supply does not start to oscillate. It is generally a bad thick film or bad 2844 and nearby devices.
