The meeting carefully analyzed the status quo of LED industry development and standardization work in Fujian Province and Taiwan, and focused on discussing and clarifying the breakthroughs and docking institutions of the LED common standard cooperation project between Fujian and Taiwan. All parties agreed to work closely together to establish the LED Standardization Technical Committee and put it into operation as soon as possible to provide standardized technical support for the development of LED industry in Fujian Province.
At the meeting, Deputy Director Shao of the Fujian Provincial Information Technology Bureau pointed out that the standardization cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan pointed out that the first is to determine the connotation of the common standards of the two sides, unify the opinions of all parties, and reach a consensus; second, to clarify the mechanism of cooperation between the two sides, the technical support institutions and the docking department. The third is that all parties must work hard to find breakthroughs in order to facilitate the expansion of the surface, the two sides concentrate their efforts, jointly issue standards as soon as possible, and achieve substantive breakthroughs to promote the development of LED industry in Fujian and Taiwan.
Liu Shaowen, Chief Supervisor of the Provincial Quality Supervision Bureau, stressed that the formulation of common standards for cross-strait LED industry should follow the principle of “complementary advantages and common development; first trial and prioritization, key breakthroughs; equal consultation and reasonable dockingâ€, and hope that relevant units and enterprise experts will strengthen communication. Enhance understanding, help each other, develop innovative and inclusive standards; accelerate the establishment of the Fujian Provincial LED Application Product Standardization Technical Committee, and provide technical support for the LED industry and standardization work in Fujian Province.
