Lighting automatic controller circuit description

Figure 23.12 is an automatic control circuit that uses ambient light to control the lighting. 3DU is a phototransistor, 555 constitutes a hysteresis comparator, W adjusts the comparison level, BCR is used as an electronic switch for electronic illumination, C2 is a step-down capacitor, and D is a rectifier diode. , D w is a 12V voltage regulator tube.
The light current of 3DU is less than 1μA, and the illumination current can reach about 1mA. When the light is 3DU, its current increases. When the voltage drop on R 2 increases to the trigger value, the 7555 outputs a high level, and the third and eighth feet are turned on, so the BCR is turned off and the light is extinguished. Conversely, when the light is dark, the 3DU current decreases, the voltage drop on R 1 decreases, and the 3DU voltage drop rises. When the 7555 upper limit is reached, the 7555 outputs a low level, and the first and third feet are turned on, BCR There is a trigger current between T 1 and G, so T 1 and T 2 of BCR are turned on and the lighting is lit.
W is used to change the comparison voltage upper limit threshold and the lower line threshold of the 7555, thereby achieving a change in the light control sensitivity, but actually requires a meter adjustment.
The 3DU type photosensitive tube is suitable for 3DU12, 3DU22, 3DU32 and 3DU52. The required operating voltage is above 12V, and 3DU11 and 3DU21 (voltage 3V) cannot be used.
C 2 requires a withstand voltage of 400V. D can use 1N4004 or 2CZ82F and other withstand voltage of 50V or more.
