KSD301 thermostat precautions
(1) Grounding method: Connect to the grounding metal parts of the equipment through the metal cover of the thermostat.
(2) When using contact temperature sensing, the metal cover should be close to the mounting surface of the controlled appliance. To ensure the temperature sensing effect, the temperature sensitive surface should be coated with thermal grease or other similar heat transfer medium.
(3) Do not crush, loosen or deform the top of the cover during installation to avoid affecting performance.
(4) Do not allow liquid to penetrate into the interior of the temperature controller. Do not allow cracks in the casing. Do not change the shape of the external terminals.
(5) The product should be used in a circuit with a current of no more than 5A. The copper core should be selected from 0. 5-1mm2 wire connection; if the circuit is not more than 10A, the copper core should be 0.75-1.5mm2 wire connection. .
(6) The product should be stored in a warehouse with a relative humidity of less than 90% and an ambient temperature of 40 ° C below, which is ventilated, clean, dry and free of corrosive gases.
(7) The terminal cannot be bent during use, otherwise it will affect the reliability of the electrical connection.
