Australian anti-dumping investigation into transformers in China On July 29, Australia filed an anti-dumping investigation on transformers originating in China, Indonesia, South Korea, Taiwan, Thailand, and Vietnam on the application of Wilson Transform Company Pty Ltd. The products involved in the customs code are 8504.22.00 and 8504.23.00.

The product involved is a liquid medium transformer with a rated power equal to or greater than 10 MVA and a rated voltage of less than 500 KV, complete or incomplete, whether assembled or not.

The complaining party pointed out in the application report that the dumping margin for China's import-related products was 34.6%, Indonesia 8.4%, South Korea 30.7%, Thailand 31.9%, China Taiwan 48.8%, and Vietnam 32.3%.

The dumping investigation period for this case was from July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2013, and the damage investigation period began on July 1, 2008.
