Shenghe Electronics·鲲炎 Photoelectric LED epitaxial chip production R&D base project is expected to have a total investment of 2.2 billion yuan. After the project is completed, it will have an annual production capacity of 3.1 million LED epitaxial chips and 4.968 billion lamp beads, with an annual output value of 2.8 billion yuan.
The project base integrates R&D and production. The School of Physics and Electronic Engineering of Qinzhou University cooperates with the German Ai Siqiang Company, the Chinese Academy of Sciences and Peking University to participate in research and development, focusing on the development of new semiconductor materials.
Guangxi Xiangying LED packaging, display, lighting production projects total investment of 1.8 billion yuan. The project construction is completed in three phases. It is estimated that the annual output value of the project will increase from 150 million yuan to more than 1.5 billion yuan after the completion of the total investment, and the annual tax revenue will increase from 30 million yuan to more than 300 million yuan.
