Recently, Hongli Optoelectronics introduced the high-current and high-efficiency flat structure white light SMD package product 3014 to the market. This product adopts Hongli Optoelectronic's unique heat dissipation bracket structure design, which has the advantages of high heat dissipation, high luminous efficiency and high cost performance. It is mainly used in LED lamps such as fluorescent tubes, bulbs, downlights and panel lamps. Hongli Optoelectronics revealed to the "High-tech LED" that the current monthly production capacity of the product is above 140KK.

According to Hongli Optoelectronics, 3014 is a vertical heat dissipation structure. The reason why the heat dissipation is high is mainly because the heat is vertically diffused by the heat sink. Compared with the horizontal heat dissipation structure, the heat transfer path is reduced and the heat dissipation area is increased (the thermal resistance is reduced. ). At the same time, the 3014 achieves high current usage (currently up to 40 mA), which satisfies the customer's application of increasing current while reducing the number of lamp beads used. Finally, according to the customer's current selection, the light source cost is actually reduced by 20%-50%.
