Introduction to the East China Overseas City "Heroes Valley":
OCT East is located in Dameisha, Shenzhen, China. It covers an area of ​​nearly 9 square kilometers and was built by OCT Group with a total investment of 3.5 billion yuan. It is the first domestic theme of leisure vacation, sightseeing, outdoor sports, popular science education and ecological adventure. The integrated large-scale national eco-tourism demonstration zone (co-granted by the China National Tourism Administration and the Ministry of Environmental Protection) mainly includes the Heroes Valley Ecological Park, the Cha Valley Valley Leisure Park, the Yunhai Valley Sports Park, the Huaxing Temple, and the theme hotel community. It not only needs to express the effect of the model, but also needs to combine the surrounding environment to create a light, quiet and poetic atmosphere. Overall design concept:
In order to meet the theme of the “ecological†of the water park, we have designed four scenes of “springâ€, “summerâ€, “autumn†and “winterâ€. It can be changed according to time to create seasonal characteristics that change with the surrounding flowers and trees. The architectural landscape is perfectly integrated into the scenery. It is like the “God of the Gods†that has come to the world, sharing the joy of the world with happy people.
In order to meet the theme of “dynamicâ€, we designed a “hot red†scene. The red symbolizes “enthusiasm†and “vigorâ€. It is a metaphor for people to hold hope and enthusiasm and create a bright future.
