To this end, the Ministry of Science and Technology recently formulated the “13th Five-Year” electric vehicle technology plan, which aims to keep abreast of new economic developments such as the electric vehicle industry and new energy and new materials. "The current subsidies for new energy vehicles must be gradually withdrawn from the market. This five-year plan is to prepare for the withdrawal of subsidies in 2020." Wan Gang said.
