This kind of control method, whether the control object is a stepping motor or an AC servo motor, is an open-loop control in a strict sense, and there are the following unsolvable problems.
1. The entire system cannot be powered down in the working state. If an accidental break point occurs, the control system needs to provide equipment manufacturers to re-commission the site;
2. When the equipment is used for a period of time, angle error will occur in the nozzle head. When the error accumulates to a certain extent, the system will alarm. The manufacturer of the equipment needs to be provided to re-commission the site.
3. The system must not be powered off from the date of power on. Once the power is turned off, the probability of a false alarm in the system will be very high.
4, PLC can not achieve S-curve motion control and interpolation algorithm, so the motor speed must be very slow and there will be a lot of jitter when stopped, this jitter can easily lead to drive over-current protection, leading to system paralysis.
Third, spray base station optimal control plan:
In this system, the PLC only needs to wait for the servo ready command and then control the opening and closing of the bezel through an output port. Solved the following problems:
1. The servo motor is powered back to zero position function, because the intelligent servo motor driver has a variety of zero return methods. After the motor is powered on, the motor rotates or reverses according to the actual installation conditions to return to the physical zero position of the motor and then passes the detection. The position of the limit switch, then the bezel can accurately return to the correct position each time it is powered on.
2. The system can turn off the power at any time under unattended or special conditions. The system will automatically return to the correct position when it is powered on again, thus greatly improving system reliability and saving power.
3. The intelligent servo driver has the functions of acceleration and deceleration settings and interpolation so as to realize the high-speed operation and smooth operation of the motor.
