On the Win8 interface, all programs are displayed in the form of cards and can be operated by touch. Users can also freely switch between applications. Clicking on the right part of the screen with their fingers will open menus such as “Search”, “Share”, and tapping on the left margin will switch the running application. The IE10 browser in Win8 was first transformed into a touch application, but the Office series remained unchanged.

Lenovo ThinkPad vice president PeterHortensius said: "Win8 system touch screen will create a new world of PC." Some US technology websites are even more predicting that Microsoft will launch its own tablet PC during the year.
