2 Bidder qualification requirements
2.1 Qualified bidders and their bid products must meet the following general qualification requirements:
2.1.1 Bidders must be legal entities registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China.
2.1.2 The bidder shall have the manufacturing capabilities of the corresponding equipment, and shall have the ability to undertake the tendering project in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc., as well as the inspection capability of products, components, components, materials and accessories. Unless otherwise specified, these qualifications, qualifications and performance are all rights and interests of the bidder’s own company.
2.1.3 Designed and manufactured products with the same structure, the same type, the same or more technical specifications as the bid product. Under the same or more strict normative conditions as the specification, the quantity or supply quantity of the product and its successful operation time meet the requirements of the tenderer. If there are different types of equipment in the same tender section, the applicant must meet the eligibility requirements for each category of equipment in the tender section.
2.1.4 Acquire an effective product test and appraisal report issued by an international authoritative organization or a product inspection and testing agency authorized and licensed by the State, and the report conclusion data shall meet the requirements of this tender.
2.1.5 Bidders have good bank credit and business reputation, are not being ordered to suspend business or go bankrupt, and assets have not been restructured, taken over and frozen.
2.1.6 In the past three years, during the fulfillment of the supply contract, after-sales service and product operation, there has been no breach of contract after the successful bidder, serious breach of contract provisions during the performance process, and major quality problems in the product supply.
2.1.7 is not suspended or canceled.
2.1.8 The Commonwealth does not accept bids for this consortium.
2.3 Other requirements:
1. Registered capital is no less than 20 million yuan;

3. It must have two or more sets of the same performance within the same five years as the tendering equipment and have good operating experience. No major equipment quality problems or effective improvement measures have been found during installation and commissioning.
