This module is Samsung's first introduction of CSP technology into the module product, so as to play more features of the CSP itself. In particular, the combination of flip chip and phosphor coating technology has reduced the use of traditional metal wires and brackets to achieve a more compact design process.
In addition to its own scale advantages, Samsung's CSP module also offers seamless color adjustment. The traditional adjustable module requires at least two LEDs, which are responsible for high color temperature and low color temperature, so as to achieve the color temperature function. At the same time, the traditional bracket type LED package also increases the size of the module, and the compact design of the CSP ensures that the size of the module remains unchanged.
The new CSP module is available in two sizes, 19*19mm and 28*28mm, and is compliant with the ZHAGA light engine standard, making it easy for lighting manufacturers to assemble fixtures. This module has completed 9000 hours of LM-80 testing.
