This project is a remote prepaid energy management system for Suning Square in Zhangzhou. According to the requirements for pre-paid electricity sales, pre-paid energy management needs to be performed on the 7-floor commercial distribution floor circuit in Suning Plaza in Zhangzhou to ensure that electricity is charged first.
1, system structure description
The monitoring system mainly implements the 0.4kV power distribution system on the Suning Plaza floor in Zhangzhou to conduct toll management and energy efficiency assessment; the monitoring scope is 257 DTSY1352 pre-paid metering meters on the floor, three acquisition boxes are set, and the instrument is collected and analyzed by the collection box after the serial port server. Through the optical fiber network and background communication, the data communication between the instrument and the monitoring host on the bus is finally realized, and the system functions of energy efficiency management and charge management are completed.
The monitoring system adopts a hierarchical distributed structure, namely station control layer, communication layer and bay layer;

Interval equipment layer is mainly: multi-function network power meter and prepaid multi-function electricity meter. These devices are corresponding to the corresponding primary equipment installed in the electrical cabinet, these devices are used RS485 communication interface, through the on-site MODBUS bus network communication, data acquisition on the spot.
The main network communication layer is: a communication server. The main function of the communication server is to collect the scattered data at the site collection device, and transmit it to the station control layer at the same time, to complete the data exchange between the field layer and the station control layer.
Station control management: equipped with high-performance industrial computers, monitors, UPS power supplies, printers and other equipment. The monitoring system is installed on the computer to collect and display the operating status of the field equipment and display it to the user in the form of human-computer interaction.
The above network instruments all adopt RS485 interface and MODBUS-RTU communication protocol. RS485 adopts shielded wire transmission. Generally, two wires are used to connect the wires. The connection is simple and convenient. The communication interface is half-duplex communication, that is, both parties can receive and send data. Only data can be sent or received at the same time. The maximum data transmission rate is 10Mbps.
The RS485 interface is a combination of balanced drivers and differential receivers. It has enhanced noise immunity and allows up to 32 devices to be connected on the bus. The maximum transmission distance is 1.2 km.
2, the main function of remote prepaid power management
The entire system software design is divided into three large blocks, which are a centralized meter reading service system, a remote prepaid energy management system, and a user query system.
The centralized meter reading service program runs all year round, and remote meter readings are performed on all tables at regular intervals. The remote prepaid system includes all functions for account opening, electricity sales, remote control, and reporting. The user query system is used for shops to check personal information, recharge and use electricity. In addition, the mobile phone terminal can also be configured to inquire about personal information, recharging, remote control, and daily power consumption on the mobile website terminal. If the conditions are met, users can also use Alipay, UnionPay, and other remote self-help methods. Purchase electricity.
