6. Bidder qualification:
Any construction enterprise that has three or more qualification certificates for urban and road lighting engineering projects issued by the construction administrative department and has sufficient assets and capabilities to effectively perform the contract can participate in the bidding for the bidding project. The project bidding requires the project manager to have a construction engineer registration certificate for the municipal public professional or a three-level project manager qualification certificate for the municipal public professional.
7. The bidding for this project will adopt the post-qualification method for the qualification examination of bidders.

9. The time is from August 7th, 2009 to August 13th, 2009, from 8:00 am to 11:00 pm and from 13:00 pm to 6:00 pm. (except public holidays and holidays)
10. The price of each set of bidding documents is 500.00 yuan. The fee will not be refunded regardless of the winning bid (the tender will not be returned after it is sold). The bidder shall submit a bid bond of RMB 20,000.00 to the bidding agency 5 days before the bid opening.
11. The deadline for submitting bid documents is 14:00 on August 31, 2009. 12.
