1. Name of bidding project: LED display project of Zhongshan Hospital of New Hospital
2. Project completion acceptance and delivery time: completed before September 10, 2009.
3. Brief contents of the bidding project: P8mm high brightness indoor full color screen, P4.75mm two-color indoor LED display, P7.62mm single green indoor LED display and KVM centralized control system required by Zhongshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine service.
(For details, please refer to the User Requirements Book in the bidding documents. The bidder must bid on all the contents. The goods purchased this time must be goods produced in the territory of the People's Republic of China.)
2. Qualified bidders:
(1) A legal person registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China with independent capacity for civil liability, and the registered capital is not less than 3 million people, and its enterprise is incorporated for 3 years or more;
(2) The bidder must be the manufacturer of the LED display or an officially authorized agent or distributor of the manufacturer;
(3) Bidders must have experience in LED display projects of similar hospitals in China since 2006;
(4) The bidder has a fixed after-sales service organization in the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province;
(5) The bidder must participate in the site survey meeting organized by the purchaser (the representative of the bidder must participate in the site survey with the original letter of authorization issued by the unit and the original ID card).
